Psychotherapy
Our work together
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. People come for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes something in life feels difficult or stuck. Sometimes there is a sense that certain patterns keep repeating in relationships, work, or how we treat ourselves. Sometimes it is a wish to understand yourself more deeply.

In our work together, my role is not to diagnose you from a distance or tell you what you should do. Therapy is something we build together. We will pay attention to what is happening in your life now, and get curious about the patterns that might be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others.
Often these patterns developed earlier in life as ways of coping with the environments we grew up in. At the time they may have been necessary or even protective. In therapy we can start to notice them together, understand where they come from, and explore whether they still serve you in the present.
Therapy is something we build together.
The personal and the political are often closely connected, and both can have a place in the conversations we have together.
I also hold in mind that our lives are shaped by more than just individual experience. Our identities, relationships, and the social contexts we move through all influence how we understand ourselves. In that sense, therapy is never completely separate from the wider world. The personal and the political are often closely connected, and both can have a place in the conversations we have together.
What matters most to me in the work is creating a space where you do not have to present a polished version of yourself. A space where complexity is welcome, where things can be spoken about openly, and where we can take the time to make sense of what matters to you.
I am an advanced trainee psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis at TA East in London and a trainee member of UKCP (membership: 2011194195) and UKATA (membership: 30314). I abide by the ethical codes of UKCP, UKATA and EATA. I work under regular supervision as part of my training, and I see feedback and reflection as an important part of ethical practice.
How it will work
How long
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels most supportive for you and the work we are doing together.
How much
Each session costs 40ā¬. Reduced-fee spaces may occasionally be available, and we can discuss this together if finances feel like a concern.
Where
I offer in-person sessions in the center of Granada, Spain, as well as online sessions for people living elsewhere in Spain and across Europe.
Getting started
If you are curious about starting therapy, you are very welcome to get in touch.
We can begin with a conversation about what is bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit.
