Who I am

I’m Edith (she/her), an advanced trainee psychotherapist registered with UKCP, UKATA and EATA and based in Granada, Spain. I work relationally using Transactional Analysis, offering therapy one-to-one and with partners, polycules, and other people who want to work on their relationship together.

My practice is shaped by an intersectional perspective and by years of community organising, including founding El Faro, a queer and neurodivergent community space in Granada.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish, and I’m especially interested in patterns in relationships and how context, culture, and power shape our emotional lives.

If something here speaks to you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

How I work

My work is collaborative and relational. I’m interested in how patterns show up in our lives and relationships, and how they often make sense in the context of our histories and the worlds we live in.

In therapy, we pay attention to what’s happening for you now and how it connects to past experiences, relationships, and ways of coping. We take things slowly, with curiosity, and without rushing towards solutions.

I don’t see therapy as neutral or one-size-fits-all. I’m attentive to how power, identity, and context shape our emotional lives, and I aim to offer a space where complexity is welcome, and where you don’t have to edit parts of yourself to be understood.
